Refunds & Exchanges
The Short Version:
Because I’m a one-person studio and these are small-batch, handmade items, I generally can’t accept returns or exchanges. Once wool leaves the farm and heads to a new home, it’s hard for me to bring it back into the studio and guarantee its condition for the next maker.
If I’ve sent the wrong item or if there’s a genuine oversight on my part, please let me know within 7 days of your package arriving. Send me a quick note and a photo, and I’ll do whatever I can to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
The Nature of the Craft:
Part of the charm of hand-blended and hand-dyed wool is that it isn't factory-perfect. Expect some variation in texture and color—that’s just the character of the fiber and the animals it came from. I do my best to photograph everything accurately, but please keep in mind that every screen shows color a little differently.
Shipping Hiccups If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, get in touch. Once it leaves the farm, it’s in the hands of the postal service, but I’m happy to help you track it down or figure out a solution.
